Well after some serious searching I have unfortunately come up empty for specific gesture drawing tools that focus on couples. Whenever I’m looking for refs for this sort of thing, I tend to either troll DA resources, which can sometimes be helpful, or I will go to any number of couple focused tumblrs. There’s a ton. If you collect enough pictures you can make your own gesture tool by sticking them all in a special picture folder and, if you have windows seven, you can then set them as your desktop background and set the interval time to whatever you want, aka the background will change every 30secs/1min, ect. I think this is also possible with a Mac OS but I’m not terribly familiar with that operating system.
If anyone else has any other helpful advice on this front, please don’t be shy about sharing it. :)

Right click + New Tab to see the images in their original size. There are 10 images, sorry I had to chop them up because Tumblr has a image size limit and starts resizing.
